Terms and Conditions
- 8:30 AM is the usual start time to load van with tools and supplies and to travel to your location. 9:00+- is the usual arrival time depending on travel distance.
- Renovations and remodeling: projects are custom quoted based on scope and materials.
- Consultations, smaller projects and installations: scheduled with a $350 minimum, which includes up to two hours for on-site time and travel local travel. Additional time is billed at $155 per hour, plus expenses and sales tax.
- A two person crew is available depending on staff availability.
- For services that are less than one day in duration and under $1,000, payment is due upon completion of the work.
- For work over $1,000, or that continues more than one calendar day, a 50% downpayment is required before beginning work, and the balance is due upon completion.
- Work outside Vancouver or Clark County is subject to round-trip mileage reimbursement at the current Federal rate of $0.725 per mile.
- Washington state sales tax is required based on the work site address.
- For your convenience, several payment options are available: cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay) and more as accepted by our Square card reader, and Venmo QR code scan, and Square invoices. Checks or cash receive a 3% discount ($150/hour rate)
