Lead time for order completion is around two to four weeks depending on orders in progress. Orders are currently fulfilled on weekends.
Action Craftworks is currently not preparing quotes for custom orders due to time constraints. However, all listed wood products can usually be cut to smaller diameters (or widths x lengths for non-circles). Simply order the closest larger size and include a note with your order that you would like them cut smaller. No additional charge.
Since COVID has caused most plywood to be unavailable or super expensive as a result of mills shutdowns, most plywood is currently not being offered in this web store. However, Baltic Birch plywood remains available. This wood is very smooth on both top and bottom sides. The higher number of plies means more dimensional stability (super flat, less chance for warpage).
Fedex has increased the temporary $30 peak oversize charge since Jan 18, 2021, to $62.50 effective of Oct 4, 2021 “Due to disruptions in the global supply chain in the wake of the COVID crisis…” This charge is automatically included and is charged by FedEx. The U.S. Postal Service currently does not have a COVID surcharge, but will have a Christmas season surcharge that will be reflected in the shipping price calculator.
