Shipping Policy

Shipping is by the U.S. Postal Service or FedEx. You can choose among several options applicable to your order’s size or weight. Tracking numbers are provided. For international shipping, a delivery service in your country will complete the final delivery to you.

Most items are Made to Order and take 5 to 10 business days for production time and to prepare for shipping, unless stated as longer in the listing. Larger quantities, larger sizes, and custom orders such as custom cutting, drilling, routing or edge glueing may take more time.

During holiday seasons, production time will increase, depending on the number of orders already placed, so be sure to order early.

If your item needs additional packing material, re-used or up-cycled packing materials may be used when feasible to help conserve natural resources.

International Buyers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Sales Tax Policy

As a Washington state business, for orders shipped to Washington State, sales tax will be collected based on your shipping address. Other states may or may not impose sales tax as tax laws are constantly changing.

Returns and Replacement Policy

If you are not satisfied after receiving your items, contact me within 14 days so that I can help solve your issues. Defective or damaged items may be refunded as money back, or I’ll ship a replacement item at no additional charge to you. Refunds for non-defective or non-damaged items may be given as money back, less original shipping and handling fees, and return shipping is your responsibility. Custom orders are not refundable because they are made specifically for you and are unlikely to be resold.

Cancellations

Since orders are handmade/handcrafted, cancellations are usually not acceptable. If due to special circumstances you request a cancelation and Action Craftworks approves it, a 20% fee will be withheld from the refund to cover associated costs such as the payment processor’s fees and Action Craftworks time to cancel the cancellation, issue a refund, and record the proper accounting transactions.
